Can I book a vehicle online?

Currently we only take bookings via telephone. This is due to the frequency in which our vehicles are hired - we want to ensure we can offer you the services you need. You can enquire into booking a hire with us online by sharing the details of your job via an online enquiry form and we can contact you back via email or telephone to make your booking.

What do I need to hire a van?

You must be 21yrs of age and have a valid driving license plus one other form of ID.

Do you charge a deposit?

No, we do not charge a deposit to hire a vehicle from us.

Do you do House Moves?

Our vehicles are perfect for house moves, we have a range of vehicles sizes to ensure all of your furniture and belongings can be moved in one go - and if you require we can arrange for a ‘man and van’ service too.

Is there a minimum hire time?

No, just tell us how long you need it for and we can arrange for you - we offer a discounts for hires needed for 7+ days.

What time can I collect and drop off a vehicle?

You can collect or drop off during our opening hours:

Monday 8:30am–6pm

Tuesday 8:30am–6pm

Wednesday 8:30am–6pm

Thursday 8:30am–8pm

Friday 8:30am–6pm

Saturday 9am–4pm

Sunday 10am–4pm

Is there a maximum mileage rate?

No we do not charge mileage.

What happens if the vehicle gets damaged during hire?

In the event of a crash or damage during the hire, your fee includes low excess insurance.

What happens if I breakdown whilst hiring a vehicle?

Your hire free includes free breakdown cover.

Can two or more people drive the vehicle during the hire?

Yes, we will need proof of age and another form of ID from each driver.

How does fuel work?

You pay for what you use.

Do you offer storage facilities?

If you require storage for items, we have limited availability to offer, please call to discuss.

Do you have vehicles with Tail Lifts?

Yes! We have both Sprinter Vans and Luton Box Vans with Tail Lifts - just ask us upon enquiry.

Do you have vehicles with Tow Bars?

Yes! Just ask upon enquiry.

Do you have a Sack Barrow to use?

Yes! Just ask upon enquiry.

Do you have a Pallet Truck to use?

Yes! Just ask upon enquiry.
